We ship worldwide!

1) All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service:

• Domestic orders are shipped First Class mail, approximate delivery time is 3-5 business days. Postage is calculated automatically by the Shopping Cart, and varies  depending on the weight of items. Priority Mail orders usually take 2-3 days to arrive.
• International orders are shipped First Class Airmail , approximate delivery time is between 5-10 business days, depending on destination country, although as noted on our home page delivery times to Europe have been exceeding 3 weeks in some cases. This is beyond our control and we hope it is a temporary issue. Postage is calculated automatically by the Shopping Cart, and varies depending on the weight of items.

2) Please keep in mind that shipping times are approximate, and vary depending on the U.S. Postal Service and the local carrier.

3) If you have any special requests or instructions regarding shipping of your order, please contact us either before placing it, or immediately after placing the order so we can address your request promptly!

4) All orders are shipped within no more than 48 hours.

5) All orders are shipped in waterprooof, tearproof, Polypropylene bubble-padded envelopes, so your TAN-AID arrives safe!

6) We observe all Customs formalities and declare actual value on all packages. If there are any duties to be paid it is the customer's responsibility.
